We always try to see patients at the appointed time. If you are kept waiting there is normally a good reason and we would ask for your patience and co-operation. If you have to cancel an appointment we require 24 hours notice. This enables us to make alternative arrangements. We make a charge for Private appointments broken without notice. Although we do not make a charge for broken NHS appointments, we will not offer further NHS appointments if you have missed OR late cancelled 2 consecutive appointments within a one year period without sufficient notice.

We take patient confidentiality extremely seriously and all personal information is treated in the strictest confidence. Only members of staff have access to patient information and we have a strict confidentiality policy. However, from time to time we may need to release dental records to Leicester City NHS or the NHS Business Services Authority as part of our ongoing clinical review process.
We aim to make your experience at the practice as pleasurable as possible. However, should you have any complaints, please contact H Virdee on 0116 273 3224 who will be able to deal with your complaint and talk you through our procedure.
