This is a new ultra modern, purpose
built architect design practice on a busy
high street, being a main route into the city
centre and convenience for buses.
The practice consists of two new fully equipped
surgeries (including intra-oral cameras),
fully computerised, central sterilising room,
X-ray room, spacious reception and waiting
room, conference room and staff room.
A great deal of thought and planning has gone
into making the design and the décor
of the practice look contemporary, clean,
neat and appealing to the public as well as
a comfortable place for the staff to work.
We comply with the new
disabled discrimination act providing
ground floor facilities, automatic entrance
door and toilet facilities for disabled
and specially designed reception counter
with inductive loop.
Both the surgeries and the reception
are fitted with the latest air conditioning
ceiling mounted units.
Our
Mission Statement
Our MISSION
is to have a reputation for excellence by
providing the best in dental care and cosmetics
in a modern, accessible and informal environment.
VALUES are the
standards which staff at Dental Art share.
They express the things we cherish and aspire
to and they guide our day to day decisions
and shape the individual and collective behaviour.
TRUST is the
foundation of this practice; we are independent,
impartial and honest.
Our PATIENTS
are at the heart of everything we do.
We take pride in delivering QUALITY
and value for money.
We RESPECT our
patients and each other and celebrate our
diversity so that everyone has a voice and
can give their best.
We believe in professionalism and TEAMWORK
and continually strive to improve our service.
Protection
As a caring practice we take all necessary precautions
to safeguard both patients and staff against infections.
We follow current BDA guidelines on cross-infection
control including sterilisation of instruments and
disposable items.
Appointments
We always try to see patients at the appointed
time. If you are kept waiting there is normally
a good reason and we would ask for your patience
and co-operation. If you have to cancel an appointment
we require 24 hours notice. This enables us to
make alternative arrangements.
We make a charge
for Private appointments broken without notice. Although we do not make a charge for broken NHS appointments, we will not offer further NHS appointments if you have missed 2 consecutive appointments without sufficient notice.
